Getting Seeds/Clones in BC

Hey guys, I live in British Columbia and I'm looking to get some seeds or clones to start a grow on my deck this spring. I procrastinated a bit on sourcing some plants though since it's already March.

Does anyone know where I can get some seeds or clones in the Lower Mainland, BC? Ideally, I'd like to get some decent clones or cuttings direct from the source.

I hear that it's totally legal to mail and purchase cuttings since they aren't technically plants.

Where do you guys get your seeds/clones/cuttings? Feel free to PM me if you don't want to post publically.

It is technically ‘illegal’ to purchase seeds from the black market. However, nobody is going to check. Jordan of the Islands is probably the best value for buying seeds in Canada.

I managed to get some! I met a guy on craigslist who had some "LED plants" for sale.

Great guy. He sold me 10 clones for $50. Now I can set up my backyard hydroponic setup.
