Hi guys
wanna order a some new diy board with Seoul mid power 3030 CRI95 6v chips 3000k
here*s some data and pics
Luce board 84.png
Dimension is
226 X 46 X 1.5mm

With this 84 leds the max output is 114w
They have 12 paralel 7 series
46.6v 2100A max
Board come with a Wago connectors so no need to solder(but no on pic)
Also Ledil IP compatible

So please help to understand this board is good enough to buy
Price is 29.99 per board for a high CRI product is not so high i think
i wanna run them low,3 fixtures, with 3 boards near 45w each, on HLG150c1050 for a 450w total for 3x3
270$+9 boards, 60$ =3pcs ELG150c1050
330$ for a 450w
Or buy one more fixture for a total of 600w (380$) and dim them much lower
is cheap or no?
Alot of 3))) i like it
exclude heatsinks

What you think bout it?is it worth that money?

Can somebody maybe count some efficency....(Umols or ppfd....)
Any help welcome
Ideas to choose a proper heatsink also welcome
Best regards to all RIU

P.S. The light makers like pacificlightconcepts and chilledgrowlights adding a 660nm led to their strips
All I wanna understand i a : The high CRI board(fixture) need aditional red?

Wow what a post haha. But those only peak your interest because of the high CRI? Because 84 diodes for $30 is a rip off compared to HLG V1 board for $24.98 and it's got 288 lumileds.

Hi
Yes high cri is a first for me(wanna run from cobs)(i like grow under high CRI alot)(thoose chips are not cheap, near 0.3$ each)and they are new product
Yes i knew bout HLG good prices but this boards almost same wattage(114w vs 140w)and a same prices. Sure Umols a much much higher on a HLG
Also at HLG they sell a 600w fixture with 80CRI for a awesome for me 849$ plus delivery
AustraliaLed sells 225w max high CRI boards for a 150$ plus delivery
I wanna some local DIY
Something like this
Thanx

I think the aussie highlights would massively outperform those. You could just use 300w of Highlights in a 3x3
That would be two boards mounted to a sheet of aluminium at 150w a piece.
Granted it would cost a little more but it would use a lot less power too.
You might consider using a couple of meanwell xlg150 drivers too. That would shave off a few quid.

Hello Funai,
Those led are very expensive and inefficient. I remember you talk before to Randomblame. You from Korea? Why not talk to Grow Lights Australia, they mix those Seoul Semi diodes with Nichia. Or maybe look for Cree 90 CRI strips plus Red supplement strips from Cutter AU, if they make them.

Op: i had another look, and vestas wont give you the same spectrum as these. If youre running warmwhite you could check out cutters 1 channel solstrips with added uv. That would be the most similar spectrum you could find without breaking your wallet.

They have a beautiful spectrum..sadly are expensive and not efficient at all...
they do have a great spd and like all leds the efficiency should improve and the price should drop. this may become the next generation of grow lights. with a 420nm "pump" they should drive chlorophyll A to PSII stimulation acting more like full sunlight.this technology is not ready for prime time but with demand from the photography and movie industry their should be enough demand to drive development of this technology. this should be interesting
