Trics seem to be clear/milky and brown hairs haven’t fully curled, can I harvest? (My first ever grow)

So basically it’s my first grow ever and I’ve been reading heaps online about when to harvest and what not, I’m just a little confused to when to harvest. My plant has been flowering now for over 8 weeks and trics are looking clear/ milky I think and the brown hairs haven’t fully curled and you can still see a bit of white hairs. Not sure what to do, any advice would be appreciated I’ll attache some photos
also

if anyone could probably estimate how far my plant is and how long it has to go it Would be appreciated (I’m a noob, my next grow I’ll keep a log)

4ish weeks left, just be patient it will be worth it! That plant is still growing fresh buds for you. The best buds come from healthy mature plants.
