Kingbrite qb288 or clu1212?

Hi. I need suggestions on choosing between the two lights. Both will be run at the same wattage. Is Kingbrite 288 @ 29$ each better than clu 1212 cobs ?

The kingbite I imagine is a Samsung lm301b based light and should offer better efficiency than the citizen 1212 light, unless the 1212 cob set up is running incredibly soft which I doubt.

Cobkits did a test if I recall, of QB v cobs. I can't find it at the moment.
Personally, I'd use the QBs for an easy build.

Ill be using it for flower. My option is (4) kingbrite qb288 or (12) Citi 1212. Ill be running them @ 300-450 watts with a pot.
