300 watt and a reflector 48. Thinking about adding a mars sp150. In veg I keep the lights pretty close. At 12 in the 48 looks almost like its bleaching the leaves directly below but the 300 isn't. The 48 pulls about 100watts and the 300 pulls 130. Unless it's not light bleaching. This is my first grow with the 48. Last grow only used the 300 and went as low as 9 in with no problems. So now I'm not sure.

You should be fine with what you already have in there.
You might gain a little adding the other light, but you might get more problems too with too much light.

The leaves look light green instead of dark green under the middle of the 48. Could that be some light bleaching? At 12 in? Or something else.

It could be yes. Slow light burn or light stress causing nutrient issues.
But that also happens when they start to kick off in veg and when you flip to flower as some nutrients just take a bit of time to transport in those stages.

I think you nailed it with the nutes taking time to get there becuase the longer the leaves stay there they start to green up.

Ok.... So I got the lights today! There are no instructions though... I ordered 2 Quantum V1 135's and I've looked everywhere online trying to find instructions or videos on YouTube but can only find instructions for the V2's.. Can someone tell me where to find some type of instructions?? Sorry but this doesn't look like any cheap Walmart furniture assembly Lol!! HELP!! Hahaha!
This is the video I watched. This guy has some great tips. He made it super easy for me. I love the tip about shortening the power cord for a nice tight fit too.
