Took plant off its saucer under pot for harvest and 100+ larvae of some sort on the saucer. What are they? Pics

I have a big plant in a 7g pot and it's time for harvest. I took it off the saucer that catches runoff water and put the plant in a dark tent. The saucer where the plant was covering is covered in what look to be 6 legged larvae with 2 antennas.
Googling pictures showed that root aphid larvae, thrip larvae, and spring tail larvae look just like this. I'm trying to figure out what they actually are. Thanks for any help. 200314_180136.jpg200314_180132.jpg200314_180015.jpg200314_180006.jpg200314_180003.jpg

Springtails indeed.........they are all bouncy right?
They could be thrips but the pics show springtails.
I'd say more of a fast squirm than bouncy, side to side motions squirming all over the place. Ofcoarse I had watered just before that so the pan was a little wet. Not standing water but wet

Yeah, I had springtails once and it freaked me out. They went away on their own, never seen any since.
