Help with seedlings

Ok my seedlings have been growing fine up until the last couple of days and I noticed the first set of true leaves start to discolor and dry out. I had to remove one of them as it was to far gone and am starting to notice my other girl doing the same. They are almost three weeks old.

Personally that's typical. The first true leaves will die especially after you transplant. At least that is my experience.

Do they usually die before the cotel

Not as common, out of a total of 15(still new) only one of mine has ever done that.

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. I’m not sure what my problem is
