Designated grower, extra medical cannabis?

Hi everyone,

I've had a medical grow for about 6 months now with no problems. The patient is happy and is getting the recommended dose. I'm starting to get good at producing more through training, proper feedings, good phenos. My question is, under the designated growers license I'm suppose to destroy any access herb, but that feels wrong. Is there any way to provide the overstock to another patient or is destroying it the only option?

I would ask myself if the license is worth risking firstly...mind you rules and regulations get 'bent' all the time.
Why not try doing some experiments with the overstock like oils or tinctures etc ?

That’s just for Rec. Technically...ACMPR cannot share any MMJ with others.

Good to know, so the way around that is a medical grow you can still have 4 rec plants and they need to be labelled as such, label them as your rec plants and your good to go.
