How much loght for seedling stage

Hello all, I have a 2 plant rdwc in a 4x4x8 tent with 2 400w actual draw led lights how much light do they need in seedling stage and how far should I have my lights or should I just use 1 400w

I would use 1 light at a decent 18-30". No idea your light specs. Watch for leaves cupping or rolling over. Raise light if encountered. If plants stretch, lower lights. Constant attention and adjustment. Your plants are telling you what they need. Just pay attention. You'll learn to read or hear them.Veg takes less light than most people realize. And seedlings require even less.
