Probably need to get the light a little closer. Those stems look like they're stretching, trying to reach for more light.

What's are you growing in, and what are you using for nutes?

Potting mix - peatmoss / vermicast / perlites / 1 lb of natures living soil concentrate ( https://www.natureslivingsoil.com/ )
And watering only RO water 6.8 ph

I study hard and i think im following the book
20c -25c temperature and 60~70 humidity all the time on 16/8 lights on/off

What im missing here ?
I think you mean vermiculite. You need some compost in that mix. At least some EWC if you're trying to grow organically. Also RO water has no nutes, so you will need to add some, but the compost alone would do a lot in your case. That concentrate sounds like a booster and food for the microbes already in the soil rather than adding them. Here's what they recommend if you build your own soil.
Making your own potting soil:
Ingredients:
6 gallons sphagnum peat moss or coir fiber (preferred)
4.5 gallons perlite
6 gallons compost or earthworm castings (preferred)
1 pound Nature’s Living Soil Concentrate
Mix the ingredients thoroughly

I just looked up the vermicast definition, so it actually sounds like you have some good vermicompost. If that's the case, your fresh uncooked soil could be a little rough for the little girls.

They said its the best to avoid transplant shock ,i dont know but its seems organically, which the way i want to be ,organic 100%
Open to any suggestions ❤
Never had any transplant shock (but I'm growing in coco), seen talk about but never had it.
The plants don't even droop for a minute when I re-pot (maybe I'm doing it wrong?).

Yesterday morning ..........

This morning .........

I'm chemical nutrients and coco all the way, nothing natural in my grow. Tried natural ........ everything died.
Not even convinced air-pots work .... make everything too heavy, too flexible and hard to water.
Can't beat plastic pots IMHO, I have fabric final pots because everyone said they were great, but plastic is wayyyyyy easier.
(that root just came out of a plastic pot)
