Should I harvest

First grow , a few weeks into flowering, and about half the pistols turned amber. Was wondering if I should harvest yet. Here’s some pictures of the trichomes under a microscope. I’m not very experienced on what a milky trichome should look like.

From the pics you have put up , i would say its not ready yet , still a few clear and no amber
Yes, I agree. Plant looks ready for harvest, but the trichomes don’t seem to darken.
Can you take some photos of the leaf's with the white patches ?
Those white patches are plaster dust from construction work my idiot brothers did and got some on my plant

What nutrients are you feeding her ? Tbh she's doesn't look healthy at all.
Nothing really, gave it some “Big bud” 1-2-5 maybe week one or two during flowering. Also put some triple phosphate on top layer of soil. That’s it. I was thinking either the magnesium or nitrogen levels have something to do with it looking at a deficiency chart.

If it were me I'd flush her and 1/3 bloom nutes and let her go another week. And or until you see more amber. My last run didnt get real cloudy had to look for amber so you might go off that. Or send more pics. Just my limited experience. Still learning.Hard to tell. The last plant that I chopped early was way sweeter than the one that went longer. Maybe run some ph water thru and check run off for ph. Couldn't hurt to run some water through.

Wash those buds after harvest. If that plaster dust is on the leaves then it's on the buds. How much of that triple phosphate did you use? Might want to skip it next time.
