New Grower Looking for Help

Hello all! This is my first grow and I am a little over 1 week into it so still very fresh. I have a very rough, makeshift setup for now so don’t judge me too harshly on that but any advice is much appreciated. I started off germinating seeds that I found on my last purchase so no clue about the genders yet. My setup at the moment consists of a cardboard box lined with tin foil (reflective), 5 60w CFLs, and a small fan to circulate air. The seeds were planted on March 11 in solo cups with holes poked in the bottom. I have noticed that the leaves on all of my seedlings have begun to look droopy. After a little research I believe that this is due to overwatering but can be wrong about that. Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this problem and how I should address it moving forward? I am keeping them pretty close at about 2in because I have limited grow space and was worried about stretching

Your lights are way too close, hang them up higher... these are each 100w growlights right when I started growing... I'm seeing signs of over/underwatering... besides that they dont look too bad...

Don't love em to death! Best piece of advice I can give... I'm also running on a super ghetto bathtub operation and with the right care and consideration check her out on day 54 since planting




(That's the seedling from the photos today) I would reccomend getting some better lights... and not burning the hell out of your plants like it looks like you are... good luck bud

somehow your "droopiness" looks kinda stress-related to me.

Don't love em to death! Best piece of advice I can give...

that's a golden advice you should keep in mind especially in the seedling stage. i usually dont feed till the second pair of leafes become well developed and then also only between ½ to ¾ of the recommend amount of feeding what is on the bottle, if that helps somehow
