60 and older are let in a hour early but the store was out of a lot of stuff and some stuff they had limits, strangest part of grocery shopping now in treating your items as toxic waste and coming home and washing all your groceries. There was only about 15 of us waiting to get in but by the time I left there was a lot of seniors there. I'm thinking that the limited items were sold out by the time the rest of the public was let in.
do the ask for ID to confirm your age?

Ya got em by the balls now Amber, squeeze real hard!
BTW: Thanks for your service, us old farts appreciate it the most.
Your Welcome! I know you do and i will continue to reach deep down inside and work as hard as i can and do my best to help take care of everyone that i come in contact with at my job. Keep smiling. But i aint gonna lie, im having a difficult time with anxiety and depression. And think about quitting or calling in sick. I havent been this depressed since my father died 2 and a half years ago.

So my coping stratagies need to be re evaluated and adjusted. I broke out my old “black” journal and started a diary again.... spilling out everything. All the emotions and shit . Like my patients are just completely falling apart and crying and i dont know how to make them feel better. I was able to fill up 7 pages very quickly and reviewed previous entries for other times and found some tools inused in the past, like the “ worry list” . Anyway its a good start and i am glad i found it because i want to be a Warrior and not a Worrier. Everything on my list had to do with Virus. Its a great start! Thanks for letting me rant up in here and have an awesome day!!

I quit cigarettes a long time ago but not giving up cannabis unless I catch it, I rely on it for pain and as a sleep aide.
I use cannabis for my restless leg syndrome. Other than a few times a year, I use it only medicinally, and about an hour before I go to sleep.

I split up the usage... sometimes vape, the rest, edibles. If you're concerned with smoking it, I would suggest you give edibles a shot for what you use it for. Edibles are ideal as a sleep aid.

Action cures worry, don't resist fear, he is an old friend, say that to it whenever he shows up, "Hello old friend" and embrace him, he's trying to protect you. Like your conscience, another friend who keeps you out of trouble, listen to her as well. Yoga, meditate more and return focus to your senses, when you catch yourself thinking (unnecessarily), while walking or exercising, you know how it's done Amber, get into your senses and out of your mind.

Emotion prioritizes our thinking, your list of worries will predominate your thinking with the biggest one coming to the top of the stack and into consciousness the most. A 20 minute daily practice (any kind ya like) can do a lot to mitigate stress, improve mood and even boost immunity significantly.

Stress management is a bit of a specialty of mine and my dear lady, you are gonna need it soon, take care of yourself, others depend on you too....

PM me if ya wanna chat about ways to deal with this bullshit Amber, I'd be honored to help in anyway I can.
