China was able to lock down huge amounts of people fairly quickly. Something Italy, U.S and Australia have not done. But they still have a huge population that hasnt been infected and sooner or later they will be. They cannot keep people locked up forever.

It’s China. The government can do whatever it wants. Who’s going to try and stop them? Pretty much no one when China owns large portions of world debt and could cripple the worlds economy overnight.

They need their economy back on track. they need to open up cities, not sure if they have yet but there has been talk, let the virus run to the next cordon and shut it down again. Like controlling hydro flow from dam to dam.

28 confirmed cases of it reported here late last night. The official numbers seem to be getting later in reporting. It was prime time now they are reporting them late at night.

Short letter to everyone,
On all this bickering and gee ups. We are all going to have to take a small step back. Most of us are going to be on here allot more than we usually are. Most of us will be getting sick.
We will all need to take chill pills and not proton pills for the foreseeable future.
Take care the lot of you and remember the British army saying " Piss Poor preparation leads to piss poor performance".
Get proactive whilst you still can.
We are all in this together. Lets try to act it.

Most states have stopped updating numbers. Also watch numbers skyrocket now the new (quicker) tests have been approved and the government moves away from testing those that have been overseas or exposed to those from overseas.

With the Chinese government the way it is they could literally be locked down until There’s a vaccine. They’ll allow the industry to start up again but movements will be severely limited and there won’t be travel between regions in China for a few months to a few years.
