I can't find the appropriate foot print tent for 4 x 288qbs, vivosun tents with bigger dimensions are not square... I don't know anything. What kind of tent or dimensions would optimize the lights?

3x3ft, 1mx1m - 4x4, 1.2x1.2m

Every single tent manufacturer should have either 1.2m2 or 4ft2 tents. (48"x48")

The max you want to be covering with 4 boards is 16square foot.

What is the best spacing and driver options for 8 hlg qb 288 v1 4000k in a 5x5 area? Would two hlg-480-xxxa drivers be a good option as far as wattage?

How does the price of two hlg480s compare to four xlg240s? Never bought a hlg480 and US prices are different to Euro

4 QB288's is basically the same as a HLG 550

Hey man, I'd like "dry weight" 5+ ounces. I do not have a separate veg tent. I think for me It is easier to have more lights in 1 tent than invest to have complete environment control over 2 tents instead of just 1.

4 QB288's is basically the same as a HLG 550

Ah Ok, the only 6 x 6 tent I found was by Ipower and it seemed sketch, all the other tents had more obscure dimensions, or way bigger than 6 x 6, by comparison.

I'd get a 4x4 tent, and instead of running all 4 boards on one driver, get two meanwell hlg-240h-54a drivers. That will get you around 500 watts (dimmable) across 4 boards.

Yes, or xlg-240-h-ab and run in parallel instead of series, which is my preference as I like to keep the DC voltage lower.

You could do it a few different ways. I would use slate 2's myself.

you can go with the quad heatsink, or two twins or 4 singles.
If you go with twins or singles then some 20mm L shaped aluminium angle to frame it. That's cheap as chips.

If you only want to grow 5oz then you could go with 3x3 tent and in that case you could mount the boards to a single aluminium plate and use a hlg320 driver.

But four boards have to potential to fully light a 4x4 and you can grow way more than 5oz in that.
