Tell the wife to stay the hell away from the plants, lol. They need good airflow, and she's probably jacking up the light cycle doing that shit too. Or just get a new wife, haha.So the wife and I got some magnifying glasses and high powered lights for inspection. It was covered in white furry mold and wet rot inside buds. No sign of mites. Just rot
This will be a good memory.

R.I.P. little plant. You were good to me, I will be better next time.
Well you have a better chance than I do! I didn't have a humidity reader this whole time. Figured I could depend on the weatherman haha. But next time around I will be my own weather man. Have the temp gauge/humidity reader on the way. Along with fabric pots for better airflow. More fans. A dehumidifier. I might even throw in a new light for the hell of it haha. I didn't want to spend on this grow and really wanted to just learn. I can tell you without a doubt I learned some valuable lessons. Just bought my wife an ounce to cheer her up haha. Half oz of Fruity Pebbles and a half oz of Darth Vader OG. So she's happy. I'm happy because I had fun during this grow even though I didn't yield anything. And the bum who goes through my trash will be happy cause he thinks he hit the jackpot.I’m a newb too (my thread is right by yours lol). So I can’t give you any legit info. But the RH where I’m at is like 20%. I added fans just to keep stagnet spots out the tent and maybe strengthen the stems.
Nutes could be a thing I guess I haven’t read into that. This is something I definitely want to avoid if i can tho. These problems another reason I cloned the heck out of the plant if I didn’t get the flowering right I had 12 more chances lol
I just saw your message. I take the blame in this completely. Didn't have a humidity meter anywhere near this house during this grow. I'm just glad it was one plant and not a room full. Lesson learned. I will definitely hit it with a bleach water spray and a peroxide water spray. Already have another seed germinating and will start a new thread when that one pops. The saga continues. Thanks for everyone rootin for me on this onehumidity during your night could have spiked when your heat in the room goes does the rh is harder to remove from the air always have the room between for me at least 35-40%Rh I would hit the room with bleach tho after

Oh no. Where are you located? At least you can get the supplies to grow. I will be checking out your thread. The only things I spent money on were the seeds, jeweler loupe, soil and water. So next grow I should be more involved due to spending some money. I really want to be successful at it and I know that comes with trial and error. Win some lose some. Thanks for following when my next one pops I'll start another under the newbie thread.Dude need video of the trash guy finding a score
I can’t just go buy bud where I’m at... that involves interstate travel and significant investment. Man before I bought the 600w hps I think I had $350 into a 4x4 tent, two 300w Chinese leds, a 6” ventilation fan and carbon filter, and fabric pots. When ya look at what bud cost... especiallywhere I’m at.. I could invest $1000+ into stuff to supply personal and it’ll pay for itself the first go.
def enjoyed the grow though and can’t wait to follow along with round two!
And a ph meter!Oh no. Where are you located? At least you can get the supplies to grow. I will be checking out your thread. Funny story... I just barely got a ph pen. I did use the vial and reagent that came with my Ph +/- tho. Trying to compare to color charts and what not is a crap shotAnd a ph meter!
Yeah I'm still not even really confident in the one I bought. The calibration part was confusing and directions weren't very clear. But I gave my plant nothing but the same bottled water I drink. Didn't test the PH until 2 months+ into it. The ph when checking was always 6.7 or 6.8. I'm excited to start again. Going to top the next one to see how that works.Funny story... I see Arbico has it, so it must be decent. Looks like mostly oils, and Geraniol, which I know nothing about. They're an organic site, so I would guess it's organic. Maybe someone out there has more info.Has anyone heard of this stuff or know of anything similar that you or someone you know has used? Just thinking of stuff I can do next time to take more preventative action.
Thanks for the reply. I'm sure someone will know. I'm going to buy this or something like it when I find out more about it. Just in case my grow closet is more prone to mold than most environments I want to be sure and the most preventative before I have to put another plant to sleep again.I see Arbico has it, so it must be decent. Thank you! Same to you. I lost my poor girl that I had on this thread. But I'm at it again already. Your girls look great. I have a question about your foil on your humidity reader? What's the thought on thatBeen a little while since I checked the thread Hope all is well with everyone and there grows. Hope everyone is healthy as well as there friends and love ones. But my 3x3 tent has been trucking along and finally dialed in my feeding and plants are looking awesome under my air cooled 600w hps. Again everyone stay healthy and safe and stay medicated Cheers!!
I prefer to grow buds, not bugs, but to each his own. It is your plant though, lol. Kidding man, spellcheck probably jacked you, hahaha. Happens to me too.Lol ow I had it taped on inside of the tent and it had fallen so I just proped it up where you see it..lo no other reason for the foil. And sorry to hear about the plant it happens tho hopefully you got the grow bug now and enjoy it. Glad to hear your back at it, what your supposed to do after either a harvest or unwanted death Cheers
Ah..makes sense. I was thinking you somehow made a way to make it read the humidity better or something haha. Like a homemade humidity antenna. Yes.. I got the bug and I'm glad. A new hobby that is interesting and beneficial.Lol ow I had it taped on inside of the tent and it had fallen so I just proped it up where you see it..lo no other reason for the foil. Ya, I got it bad, lol. I don't even want to talk about how much I've already spent. I don't think I'm recovering from it either, lol.Ah..makes sense. Yeah I can see how much it all adds up but I'm not counting it haha. It's fun and it doesn't break the bank unless you're using huge grow rooms or something. One plant for me isn't too bad.Ya, I got it bad, lol. I don't even want to talk about how much I've already spent. I don't think I'm recovering from it either, lol.
