You need to take a pair of tweezers and pull back the soil until you can see what is going on. If they had a tap root and they have not broke the surface in a week you probably have a problem.
Slowly slowly and scope if you have one

I just noticed the first sign of life, I think I may have planted them a bit too deep, but as you can see in the photos I just took, one just broke the surface ... thanks

Maybe lightly search for others at least pull a little dirt off to let them not have to work so hard to pop.

They should be planted about 1/4 t0 1/2" Hopefully they are good.
