I was thinking about mainlining a couple of my plants, anybody can give me advice on how to do it? Is it like LST or no?

I've read both tutorials. 4-way LST definitely looks easier... can you elaborate on your opinion?

Less of the plant is removed, shorter recovery and less shock, quicker growth after topping
