Well I started this baby feb 7th been almost 3 months, and we had a go keep it going, but it's still alive and kicking..
Still no signs of sex yet...
My concern is the spoting and lose of lower limbs.
What might this be.
Do not know what type of strain,
Have not been using any uks,
I've been using regular tap water that I put in a jug and leave the top off for 48 hours before using,
Anything else u might need to know let me know and thanks before hand...

What type of light are u using?? And what nutrients are you feeding?

That plant needs a lot more light, IMO. It should be much more filled out than that after 3 months.

The lack of both of those are the reason for the slow growth. You'd be better off with a cheap COB LED light from amazon than using a 42W CFL.

If you want something easy then I would suggest any well known 2 part nutrient line. I have personally had good results feeding the Sensi Grow and Bloom lines from Advanced nutrients once a week at half the recommended dose.
