Nice, thank you I'll feed next water, I've also been foliar feeding 2 days before water every 4-6 hours, last day before water mo feeding because I'm going to feed in water on in the morning.Marijuana can handle a lot of fertilizer. Those fertilizers aren't gonna do much for the plant. I don't know anyone that has harmed plants with fox farm. You'll need more fertilizer. We always fed right out the gate with fox farm.
I wait about 20 days or 3 weeks to start feeding in FFOF.Nice, thank you I'll feed next water, I've also been foliar feeding 2 days before water every 4-6 hours
They like consistency. I like simple so I use a 2 part top dress fertilizer. Mr. b's Greentrees. There is also one called Natures pride. Pretty much all the nutrients the plant needs in 1 shot. Good luck on your grow.Nice, thank you I'll feed next water, I've also been foliar feeding 2 days before water every 4-6 hours, last day before water mo feeding because I'm going to feed in water on in the morning.
If your sprouting in it, probably don't need to feed like wattzup said.. I run rooted clones usually and i gradually increase ferts to get them ragin. Seeds you'll be okay for weeks.Nice, thank you I'll feed next water, I've also been foliar feeding 2 days before water every 4-6 hours, last day before water mo feeding because I'm going to feed in water on in the morning.
Ever have the leaf stems go purple/pink, or have purple streaking up the stalks of clones? If your sprouting in it, probably don't need to feed like wattzup said.. I run rooted clones usually and i gradually increase ferts to get them ragin. Seeds you'll be okay for weeks.
They look good, mine look about the same as your in veg but I didnt top scince it's my first time and I just want to let it grow naturally the first time. I'm growing white widow, and is say the yeild should be 400-500g per m2? I have the mars hydro 2000 I think it puts out 280 watts. The bigger the get the more heat the can take.No need to overthink FFOF ......
Out of the bag it will run a plant easily for 6 weeks ( average) ..... Soil Ph 6.3
It will power your grows all by itself with occasional top dressing with more soil at certain grow stages.
And all you do is ph water 6.5-6.7 and water it in.
No bottle Bullshit , No “ overfeeding “ and burning up your plants because you dumped “ more Nutes “ on an already charged mix.
It’s stupid easy .......
FFOF doesn’t need much to round it out completely.
I add more perlite , EWC ( 10% of container volume / mixed in ) , A scoop of myco added to mix and you are golden.
Some strains do get a little burn upfront UNTIL plant becomes acclimated, that’s why you don’t dump for feed on top of it.
Plant will become accustomed to it and thrive with very little input , with calmag being an occasional need. Especially with led
grows , plants transpire a bit less because of lower overall heat and IR that is more evident under HPS. So you will have to keep soil warm ... plant temps in upper 80s.
I run it in a layered mix and took my bottle Nutes and trashed them ..... no bottles for me.

I'm using the Fox Farm Grow Big and Big Bloom. Im also using Dyna-Gro Pro-teKt The Silicon Solution. The Silica is suppose to make the plants stems stronger and take more heatOn clones I start feeding the first week. I dont really pay to close attention cause I usually grow volume and if they do get that its usually for a short period of time. But I also haven't used fox farm in a while. I'm using vermi soil right now. Its a nor cal company.
I've been using vermisoil and then top dressing with Mr. Bs green trees all purpose boost. I like simple so its been working well for me for a while.
That didnt really answer your question. I would just start on a light feed and that should go away. What fertilizer are you using?
Oh okay. Grow big doesn't have calcium or magnesium. I would use General Hydropnics floranova 2 part over grow big personally. It has calcium magnesium and a few other things in it. Floranova and rapid start have worked really well for me in the past. The purpler stem might be lack of calcium.I'm using the Fox Farm Grow Big and Big Bloom. I'm not a fan of chemical nutes, but Big Bloom is cool with me. FFOF is a decent organic soil, and I would hate to ruin it with chemicals. I've actually turned my old FFOF into no-till. I don't have anything against the ProTekt though. I haven't used it yet but have a little bottle that I was planning of using sometimes in foliar sprays. I think my plants get plenty of silica from the rice hulls I have now. I've also used the natural silica made from rice hulls in the beginning. Oh No! I would of course like to go the organic route, Didn't know my stuff had chemicals. Is it bad for you plant and our health when we smoke? Right now I think I need Calcium so ill look for some organic products from now on. Right now I have to use what I got, until the Covid-19 bullshit passes and I can get back to work.I'm not a fan of chemical nutes, but Big Bloom is cool with me. You don't have to get the organic silica. I thought it was a little odd too that Fox Farms sells you nice organic soil, then sells you chemicals, lol. I would stop the chemicals if you want to reuse the soil. There are really simple dry amendments you can add, or there's organic bottled nutes. I've never used this one, but it looks pretty decent. At least we can still order from Amazon, lol.Oh No! I would of course like to go the organic route, Didn't know my stuff had chemicals. Is it bad for you plant and our health when we smoke? Nope I'm going to get a new batch of soil next grow. I'm in 2 7 gallons in a 3x3 and now I can see there's not enough room if you want to get the plant under the whole light. I would like to do 4 3 gallons next I want to have 4 plants coming out of my 3x3. Think im about to pick up this stuff https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MXVSQY9/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?smid=A1403DG2OI9VWW&psc=1You don't have to get the organic silica. I wouldn't want to have to buy more soil. And I'm lazy, so that's just more work, lol. Here's my FFOF turned no-till a little over 2 weeks ago, on round 5 now.Nope I'm going to get a new batch of soil next grow.
