Yes yes yes,...an inline for fresh and atleast two circulating fans Minimum... In my opinion keeps you from getting mold diseases and bugs..
The little tenta get pretty hot amd stale even though you’re running a reasonable light I always air on the side of circulation ....Seems that my plants always do better
Np... i’m running a similar system is just doubled I’m doing the exact same set up except it’s eight buckets in an 8 x 8 ... I have 5 fans two in-line fans one for fresh the second in line fan is an outlet connected to carbon filter with three circulating fan spread throughout the room and even then I wish I could have more circulation ...

A buddy of mine who is doing something similar decided on no fans and he lost more than half of his crop due to the mold

No I’m not that high-tech yet if I could afford it I would ...I have three temperature gauges spread throughout the unit ... The temperature in my area hasnt been fluctuating very much and won’t for the next month or two and so I’ve got a pretty good idea of controls..Green Mean martian , do you run you inlet fresh air and exhaust air on thermostat to regulate temps ?
Intake fans are not needed.passive intake is more than enough. Just need an exhaust fans and one in the room to create a breeze. It’s good to strengthen stalks and branches. Just be sure you create a negative pressure in the room.Green Mean martian , do you run you inlet fresh air and exhaust air on thermostat to regulate temps ?
I tried running just a passive fan and the heat was just too much I needed to have more aggressive airflowIntake fans are not needed.passive intake is more than enough. How big is your tent and the fan your using to exhaust. Before I hooked my geothermal up to my rooms I ran the intake passively and I run 6k Watts on a normal day.I tried running just a passive fan and the heat was just too much I needed to have more aggressive airflow
I have an eight x 8 tent running two 6 inch in-line hurricane both passive and Aggressive three circulating fans for flow in my temperatures usually stay between 70 and 75 but on real hot days it can get up to 85 and I have to switch off one light. How big is your tent and the fan your using to exhaust. I got rid of my inline fans and went with blowers. Move more air and they’re quieter. So your tent is an 8x8 you should be able to cool it passively. Without the need to use that other 6 in for an intake. I’d go with a 10 inch with a speed controller.I have an eight x 8 tent running two 6 inch in-line hurricane both passive and Aggressive three circulating fans for flow in my temperatures usually stay between 70 and 75 but on real hot days it can get up to 85 and I have to switch off one light.
I have two weeks to harvest my next girl I’m installing an air conditioner
The problem is I live in the desert at night it gets very cold but during the day it can be pretty hot lately The nights have been going above 50 and with the in-line fan passive air would not pull in enough cool air to dissipate the heat coming from The lights .. Believe me I tried so I installed an in-line intake fan to pull more air aggressively into my tent though it becomes positively charged I have much cooler temps and better air circulation smell can be a problem but that’s the price I have to pay with a positive chargeI got rid of my inline fans and went with blowers. What do you mean air on side of circulation??Yes yes yes,...an inline for fresh and atleast two circulating fans Minimum... In my opinion keeps you from getting mold diseases and bugs..

Good stiff! Do pu filter the screened intake vents?Fans are a must. Last summer had early season rains with night time temps in the low 60's and near 100 humidity without a large oscillating fan running on high inside hoop house my plants would have molded for certain! Invest in good fans, the more the better! I'm running in a 4x4 tent with 4 fans, one inline fan with a speed controller that draws air through a carbon filter that pulls air in through all of the lower vents that are screened air is then pushed into the main room out of the tent. One 10 inch oscillating fan that I runs when lights are on just high enough to rustle the leaves slightly. I have another non oscillating 10 inch fan on the floor that I point up that forces the cooler air up through the plants further circulating the air. And one last clip fan that I pointed towards the dead air space below the oscillating fan. All fans run 24/7 with exception of the oscillating one. Most grow fans I've seen aren't worth the money they want. Look on Amazon for Honeywells. Great fans and use light wattage. Hope this helps!

Tent has 3 large screened vents plus ports. Only port I use is my exhaust and 2 small electrical ones. It's possible to create so much airflow if it's needed.Good stiff! Do pu filter the screened intake vents?
Agreed ..........Intake fans are not needed.passive intake is more than enough. Just need an exhaust fans and one in the room to create a breeze. It’s good to strengthen stalks and branches. Just be sure you create a negative pressure in the room.
