Hi people. Just wondering as it’s my first grow if my Acapulco Gold is ready flower or should I go another week. She has been topped and LST. Just done some light defoliation too.

I'm growing Autos, and I don't know anything about how big you want your plants to get, but that plant looks too small to put into flower, unless you're going for small plants.

For reference, most people wait until they are about this big before putting them into flower:

yeh I’d let them get at least 2-3x bigger before switching to flowering, but it all depends on the space available, how big you want your plants to be etc.

Yeah not sure why they are growing so small. I’m thinking another week at least. I’ve got two autos growing next to this one.

My tent is 80x80x160cm
My general rule of thumb is to let them get to about 1/3 of the overall height that you have room for before flipping them into flower. If they grow fast then I will train them to grow low and wide. I usually flip mine at 6-8 weeks in veg but, many new growers count the seedling stage as veg, so add a week or two to that if you started counting veg early.

Yeh I planned on flipping at 7-8 weeks so I have time yet. Will have to look at what room I have for when it flowers then. Thanks

micacle grow soil is not good for weed plants and they need feed for growth - Did you not research this before growing?
Miracle grow was advised to me by a friend. His plants seem to do well with it so I just used that as it’s easy to get where I am.

The problem with Miracle Gro is that the nutrients are time released. If you accidentally overfeed the soil then you won't know until it's too late, and you will have a hell of a time getting the soil back to where it needs to be.
