Is it better to use dry amendments or liquid nutrients? Tell me what you prefer and why and also the exact brand and type you use and combinations if you male any please. I want to switch to dry organic amendments like the ones from gaia green but not that exact brand because i live in Europe and you cant get any where i live.

Liquid is easier but it’s also far more expensive than dry. I’ve done all liquid nutrients from Advanced Nutrients but am starting my first organic grow and was shocked by how much cheaper the dry fertilizer was. I grow 4 plants at a time and I was told the dry amendments I bought should easily last me 4 runs. Those cost me half as much as the liquid fertilizers that would last me 2 runs so it came out to about 1/4 the cost.

For liquids I had great results with the Advanced Nutrients Sensi Grow and Bloom line. I’m just starting my organic grow and am going with the Elevation Organic Mountain Blossoms line for veg and flower.

I like dry myself. I can dissolve them in water on my own. They take up less space and it's much cheaper than paying someone to mix the same stuff and put it in a fancy bottle. Many people don't realize that the bottle, label, and marketing probably costs more than the product they get in those fancy bottles with cartoon names.
True haha and where do you get your nutrients and which one are they?

I use a brand called Vitagrow which is just a three part dry nutrient. One part is calcium nitrate 13-0-0 + 13% Ca, one is a micronutrient blend 3-10-20, and the other is monopotassium phosphate 0-49-29. I can mix it anyway I want. I also sometimes add additional magnesium sulfate and potassium sulfate I buy as well. But Jacks 5-12-26 or Masterblend 5-11-26 and calcium nitrate is a good option as well. Inexpensive, effective, and proven. It doesn't take a fancy label or cool sounding name to feed your plants.

Yara Brown mixed with Yara Calcinit for example.
Also you can buy GHE Maxigro (GHE is in the process of changing their name to Terra Aquatica)
But if you are not an experienced grower and you have problems reading your plants, I would suggest to stick with the brands that deliver liquid nutes.

But will it be such a huge difference for a hobby grower?
