1/4 strength on the seedlings as far as nutes go. But don't be afraid to use a vitamin product like superthrive... That stuff works wonders.
yea but theyars so small its should even be a full 1/4 strength remember water has ppm already so be very cautionious

Day 17/2: So this post should have been last night, sorry...

Think the new HPS is already helping out, Jane and Fox have 1 OR 2 new sets of leaves! And Sway is looking stronger...

Lara was sacrificed the other day to see the extend of the rot (not as pad as I thought)

The new 4 seeds hadn't really broken rockwool as of yesterday, then I noticed that the wet cubes felt a little cold, so I placed the new babies on a heat vent to warm 'em up... and in hours I could see their little heads coming out!!

Also, I got pH up and down... I had been testing pH but not messing with it since it was in my "general area," I finally realized I need to hone that number as close to 5.8 as I can, and I did :) It was at 6.5 eek!

Day 18/3:
One new seed has really taken off, the others are still working on it, should see some more "births" today (pics to come).

Also, have plans to rig my HPS a little better, right now its just on a stack of phonebooks next to the plants, I'll try and remote the ballast so I can easily hang the light up... reflector may wait till next week.

I was reading through this post and knew lara would die same with the one closest to the camera. Looks like they need to get into some fox farm. unless areo or whateva. what are you going to veg these in soil?

They are in rock wool hes doing hydro i think
but not too late to transplant just carefully peel the rock wool away without tugging on the roots, I have done it with minimum stress. then set in fox farm mud pot....lol. fox farm has stabalized an few fucked up plants for me along with earth juice grow.

Day 19/4:
After a nervous attempt at electrical work, I was able to remote the ballast to my econo HPS and now have the lamp horizontal directly over the girls. There is a good 1.5'-2' between the plants and the lamp. Wondering if I could move them closer still? It's not hot really under the light... There are plans for a reflector in the near future, but not sure how necessary, the ceiling of the closet as a pitch right above the shelf...

Last night I put the new seedlings on the heat vent again, and it helped a good bit more (I didn't see much progress during the day hours yesterday). Hesitant to name them yet, jinx it all and whatnot LOL

I'm really happy how the original three are doing; really getting a second wind. Janes roots that had come out the bottom looked a little try so when I watered today I also watered from below by dipping the bottoms in a bowl of water...

I do want to do Hydro thistime because I already have most my DWC set up (see in the back of the closet in pic), but am thinking I may play with bio here the next grow or one after.

yeah poor little sway was always the runt... the new (5 day old) seedlings are almost twice as tall as she is...

though, think that could be over stretching?? My HPS is about 13"-15" away
