I'm using iguana juice for veg dose anybody know how many milliliters per gallon of water I'm supposed to use??

Most nutrient companies feeding charts have people overfeeding their plants. It sells more product which is what they're in business to do. Some even have a product to use every few weeks to flush the excess nutes their charts have been telling people to feed. Good rule of thumb is to start out half strength with any nutrient and work up from there. Full strength nutrients are rarely needed.

Got to agree with this.

i use a grow formula and the company during height of flowering expect you to be around 2.4EC.

I feed at 1.2-1.4EC constantly after around week 3-4 of veg.
