Yah I can see what you're saying with the raised mesh. Very convenient for that purpose. Is that a huge bead of caulk holding that screen in place?! Haha
It’s the aluminum tape like HVAC guys use for duct. It’s was all I had on hand and a kinda spur of the moment thing. Lol

Wow man I never knew all the benefits, I had only heard how bad they was. I see used units made by CAP on e3ay all the time, are those units as beneficial as the one you posted the link to?
Breathing ozone gas isn't good for us so I always make sure to be clear of the area when it's in progress. When I bagged my hand, I made sure to have a fan blowing on me and a good draft in the room that would carry the ozone out.

I tried finding the CAP machines on ebay but can't find them but if they have some kind of hose that comes off of it, it should do the trick.

I also use the machine to disinfect a CPAP mask, hoses and reservoir.

I think that’s a CAP unit @OldMedUser posted in that second pic a few post ago. Seems like they was a little pricier than the one you linked though.

The one that I use is all you'd need to do all that I mentioned.

I also use it to ozonate olive oil which can be used as salves. The olive oil holds that oxygen molecule indefinitely as long as it stays refrigerated. Nicola Tesla found out that ozone can be safely breathed if bubbled though olive oil first. Doing so can relieve people of bronchitis etc. Here's a good read on the history of medical ozone.

Is that specific to only OLIVE OIL? I love making cannacoconut oil.

After doing a search, I see there are companies that sell ozonated coconut oil but I have yet to hear (or see a tutorial) of anyone actually making it on their own.

All of this seems like a lot of work...
I dump mine all in a spare tote, fill it with water until they're all covered, then add peroxide and let them soak for a day. Rinse it with a big strainer when it's time to use it again.

It'll disinfect drinking water, yes. How I got rid of the Lyme disease was by drinking an ice cold glass of ozonated water each day. The colder the water, the longer that the extra oxygen molecule will remain in the water. It dissipates quickly so the water needs to be consumed within 20 minutes of ozonating. I also forgot to mention that you can use an ozone generator and a plastic bag to make a hyperbaric chamber for wounds on hands/feet etc. I almost lost two adjoining fingertips a few years ago. After a week or two or ozonating that hand for an hour or so a day, neither finger has any scars from the mishap.
That's good to know and something to keep in mind should I find myself in similar need. I've use my homemade colloidal silver to fix a badly infected tooth with swelling up to my eye. The wife sprays it on the various cuts and scratches she gets working with her chickens with nary an infection the last 5 years where she was always getting nasty ones before. Uses it on the birds too. I got an infected oil gland in my eye after treatment at the eye clinic and tho a bit nervous used it as eye drops and in two days that was gone.

I've made a power limiting circuit to produce CS now. Takes 3X as long per 1L batch but should be even better now. Quick hand sanitizer I whipped up yesterday with it and 98% ISO to go shopping in town. About 70+% ISO and the rest CS. Making a bigger batch adding VG I bought for e-cig juice and some Tea Tree oil. Won't dry the skin so much.

What it looks like on paper.

CircuitPlanShort.JPG

All plugged in and ready to run.

Breadboard4CS01.JPG

Test runs before figuring out how to solder it all up on a PCB. I'm real new at this kind of electronics stuff. The Arduino is not part of the equation here but just adding weight so the breadboard doesn't move around. + lead from the 29.5VDC power supply to one end of the circuit then up to the silver wire with the - lead on the other.

Just in case you are interested in CS. :)

Then you should check out the links in my sig. Especially the bottom one if you, like me, are not a big fan of trimming. Arthritic hands here that make trimming NOT a labour of love. lol

I think it's safe to say, final trim removing the close sugar leaves once dry to get nug fully manicured is absolutely one of my top 5 most hated things to do of all time. I dread it every time. Such a Fuckin Pain. In. The. ASS.

Seems to me like this ozone is a cure all for literally anything. Glad it works so well for ya. I don't know how good I'd feel using it though.

P.S. lately I've found just wearing a tight pair of rubber gloves is the easiest way to trim. Just break off whatever stickin out with fingers.

I haven't been using the ozone to cure anything yet but bookmarked that link @Just Be posted about it and Tesla. Pretty sure I'll be ordering one of those ozone units tho.

MCT oil is a great carrier for cannabinoids too. Basically coconut oil with the saturated fats stripped out. Stays liquid in the fridge and has almost zero taste or coconut odour. 4X the price tho.

Lots of things like pot itself are touted as cures for all that ails you but I'm skeptical until I've researched it well myself. My wife's liver tumours have shrunk and some disappeared in the 6 months I've had her on RSO. She drinks 3 cups of Chaga mushroom tea every day too so something is working and we're feeling good about that. :)

I do all my trimming fresh off the plant while sitting in my mancave watching TV. Just finally trimming and curing the best of the colas with everything else rough trimmed then either processed into oil or cocobudder while still wet and green but lots canned and frozen for later use. Take frozen buds out, drop into pan with hot coconut oil and grind it all up with a hand blender. Easy-peasy.

I can't do wet trim. All the chlorophyll spray from each snip, coats the nug and makes it dry far too quick and smell like hay. Have to cut whole branches and just remove the major fan leaves with zero trichomes.

I've heard that before but no one has ever said my buds smell anything other than heavenly.

OG#18 fresh trimmed

After 4 or 5 weeks slo-drying and another month of burping. Smells like candy!

See, with a dry trim, you can have it smokeable and good to go in a week. Obviously it gets better with time and curing in lidded 5 gal buckets, but definitely able to blaze.
