How do I get this to stop?

That looks like a spider mite infestation. They show by sucking the juices from the underside of the leaves, and white dots appear on the upper side where they've been eating.
I also see webbing in at least the first two pictures, which confirms mites.
If you look at the under side of the leaves with a scope, loupe or magnifying glass, you'll almost certainly see little black dots moving about.

I agree with spek...with you being well into flowering, it really constricts your options. I'm really not all that well educated on how to treat mites post-flowering...so I'll leave that to a veteran to advise on. I do know that frequently whiping down the leaves with a wet paper towel will, at the very least, slow down the mite's reproduction speed. Front side and under side both, of course. I also know that a higher RH will slow down mite's reproduction speed, but with you being in flower just be sure not to have it too high for too long. I wish I could offer better advice on it! If it is at all possible, I would also consider quarantining those plants from any unaffected ones, although by now even the unaffected ones likely have at least a few mites by now...

Mites...and quite a few of them. I would try to squeeze what I could out of the plant, cut them down and do a very deep cleaning to all your gear, set up, area, etc. I would not try to mitigate the infestation; it's too late for that. Take what flowers you can and trash the rest. Good luck.

Unfortunetly, I agree with Canna...this was an issue that could've been solved in late veg, perhaps, but now with you being in flower and having nothing short of a full blown infestation, I don't see any legitamite ways (outside of maybe sealing the space and sucking out all of the oxygen) to safely recover those plants. I'd just get them to grow as best you can, and wouldn't devote a significant amount of time and resources to them.
