Not sure if they're hurting the girls

I have a few small (1-2mm long) flying bugs that I haven't been able to identify, in my grow room, they're white and don't seem to be damaging the plants but I can't say for sure. I thought they might be aphids or white fly but they honestly don't look similar enough to say for sure. Any help is appreciated, thank you

Looks like a type of leaf hopper maybe..if it is, yes they can cause damage
No I have never had them.
