Yellowing leafs (image)

Not burn per se.
Excess potassium. Bet the pH is low too. So functional CEC lock up with too much potassium and pH dependent nutrient lock out.
 
You see those brown spots on the leaves, that’s either a deficiency or toxicity. I’m leaning toward both since you have the spots and yellowing. And no that isn’t from lack of water. Are you vegging right now?

No being too dry wont cause that. Look at the jorge Cervantes cannabis nutrient deficiency chart. Potassium excess, phosphorus deficiency and magnesium deficiency. Then look at the pH nutrient availability chart and 2+2=raise your pH and give cal-mag.

Edit: phosphorus deficiency, especially red petioles and blue green leaves.
There's more than one nute locked up.

Flowering, spots were on em when I got em but no yellow
 
Runoff really ain’t that important. What is important is the ph you put in. I grew a few plants primarily peat as well and didn’t have that yellowing. But you said the spots were on them when you got them, so you inherited a sick plant to begin with. You were already peddling up a icy hill. Nothing you can do about the spots now but prevent it from getting worse. What is your water source, tap/RO or distilled?

Shallow Well water low ppm

Peat decaying in your soil can run down your pH regardless of what you are putting in. Salt buildup in your soil will do the same, regardless of the pH of the water you put in. Those who have chosen soils with time release nutes will absolutely submarine their pH every time they water, regardless of the pH of the water they put in. I see many people not pHing their water after they add nutes.
