My hps trumps your leds :eyesmoke:
They just look like they need light by my experience.
this is my first grow so I do not know what I'm doing but I've done a lot of research and from everything I've read I've seen that if there's not enough light the plants will stretch towards the light source. But again I don't really know what I'm doing

Slow down and get some punctuation in there. I’m not giving you a hard time...that was just very difficult to read.

They probably haven’t stopped growing, they are probably replacing leaves that were removed. 40-50 watts per quart foot is what is usually recommended for COB LEDs and 50W+ for blurples (IIRC). Have you tested the soil and/or made sure they aren’t root bound? The shouldn’t be in that size pot but its always a possibility.
So with the three gallon fabric pot what's the easiest on intrusive way to check to see if it's root bound?

no if the plant feels a certain part of is doesnt receive direct light but shaded, then it will try to grow out of that shade.

But if the whole plant is light depraved, it will grow overall weak & erratic.

Get yourself a cheap luxmeter and then you can tinker out for yourself. As of now, take the lamp daily closer - the closer the better before heat/lightstress.
