360 more diodes per board. The V2's have 288, the new diablo boards have 648.What the heck is the difference between the hlg qb648 and the qbv2
I'm running rspecs with cmhs should I be shooting for higher temps they seem to be a little hot already in terms of I have yellowing of my topsYeah he should be able to maintain that weight. Ive pulled that from slightly less wattage using same LED tech.
As stated above he will need to be aiming 80-85f air temps.
If your getting yellow tops then it less likely heat and more likely light stress so yeah low to mid 80s would probably be beneficial.I'm running rspecs with cmhs should I be shooting for higher temps they seem to be a little hot already in terms of I have yellowing of my tops
I thought the diablo boards had 666 diodes when you count the 18 660nm diodes360 more diodes per board. The V2's have 288, the new diablo boards have 648.
That is correct, that is where the name came from(666 diodes, diablo is Spanish for devil).I thought the diablo boards had 666 diodes when you count the 18 660nm diodes
it is confusing though, that the qb288 has 288 diodes and the qb 648 has 666 diodes, both boards have 660nm reds in them. Maybe they didn't want to freak out people with the number 666That is correct, that is where the name came from(666 diodes, diablo is Spanish for devil).
648 Samsung LM301H and 18 Samsung LH351H 660nm deep red diodes.
Yes I think this is the first board HLG has sold where the board name Does Not refer to the total number of diodes on the board.it is confusing though, that the qb288 has 288 diodes and the qb 648 has 666 diodes, both boards have 660nm reds in them. Maybe they didn't want to freak out people with the number 666
I downloaded a free lux app for my cellphone. It seems to work pretty good. At least you get an idea.I wanna get a par meter, but then a spectrometer is only 10x the price sooooooo...
jk
but i bought the 10-20$ lux meter instead
Seriously?! I love that! That is correct, that is where the name came from(666 diodes, diablo is Spanish for devil).
