Tell ya what, start recording your observations in a systematic way, leave hispanics out of the equation for now and just compare black and white native born Americans. Better yet have someone else do the observations for you and have them include your potential biases in the treatment of each group. Then compare the behavior of the black people (most are really mixed race) with white people. A great idea would be to call a local university and ask them for help in this project, they might send some clever young person to conduct the study for you. Anecdotal evidence is not evidence in this case, especially if observational bias is a major issue.

It's like a gambling addict, they forget the losses and only remember the wins and how good it felt.
