Usaly there green I never seen yellow I use the paper towel inside a sandwich bag method every time 100% success rate. Maybe to much water? Looks kinda drenched

Time will tell, looks alittle stretched, so if it works, plant it slightly deeper.
water less specially right now.
Only get it wet when it looks dried out.
Once those are soaked, Put paper towel under to absorb the excess water. And have the heat 24-27 degrees, you may or may not need to cover them to keep it humid, but if your space is 30+ % you’ll be fine. Let’s them dry out to breath.
