Hey, it seems there's lots of teolls on here just looking for you to follow their work which is not fir everyone but it seems there's so many people here have probs with their plants when going hydro and having to adjust all these things when i see people go simple but good technique they always have nicer plants in the end. I love miracle grow all purpose but compost does just as well so long theres no compaction

I think that's on every forum but thanks for the heads up. I'm just now 40 days from seed into my first grow (bag seeds) sex unknown but the smoke was really good. IMG_20200415_102904.jpg
I had a little cal mag deficiency early on but I got that all taken care of. Other than that all is going well so far.

They look like strong indica unless you trained it. I dont think you got a cal def, if you use good potting soil that early in your plants life, unless you are manual feeding and getting the nutes off. Most of the time it is soil compaction the biggest prob giving rise to nute uptake problems. Ive grown really healthy starts2 3 weeks in growth with only rockwool spring water and rotating on window sill

BTW. Miracle grow moisture control with extra perlite mixed in and miracle grow tomato fert is what I'm using. I don't care what people say it works just fine in my opinion, but as time goes on I may change to a different soil. But for now it's working.

Ive smoked some long ago from this old time grower okd guy, always dense buds and always swear by miracle grow. You can eliminate the need for extra perlite aka moisture control if you do what i did and have holes all around container with good ventilation system. I use miracle grow all purpose and understand why you use what you use. If you never compact the all purpose version of miracle grow, youll never have a prob with it. Take out the large chunks and flake it out. I dont like the extra perlite because it means less soil medium and more soil is better for plants when the extra perlite is made unnecessary

Low stress training is what I'm doing with this grow.
Ive teied all kind of growing method comparisons and by a slight bit, miracle grow with bone meal 2+ weeks into flowering beats any hydro method ive seen under the same conditions and timeline of my grow, not bragging its by far not only me having best results with simple cheap miracle grow. I see too many people on here ruin their grows thinking they're mad scientist. One recently showed me a bulky plant but showed no trichome closeups like i have

This guy was is in his 50s and always dense stinky sticky buds with miracle grow. Watch out for knats though. If your plant is tall enough and only few lower leaves, i take the lighter and it burns them all. I only do this after a watering or during as it brings up all the larva. They dont bother the plant if you manage them but best to get rid of them they are annoying and can spread really fast. I always keep them next to none but never use to have this problem until i decided to take in someone's sick plant. Never again.

These 4 are in 3 gallon cloth grow bags. But yeah I'm trying to keep it simple for now. I'm just trying to learn what the plants like and how they grow. We all have to start at the bottom to get to the top. And the reason for the mg with extra perlite, it was FREE.

You shouldnt care what people say especially when what they say is the opposite of the results. I just had someone say my miracle grow is garbage and i replied, garbage soil would not even grow weed let alone frosty sticky potent weed
