there or there was also a private forum of Yak's a lot were on. I had forgotten a cool cat named Yellowjacket too, good ole time grower. But yea, he had a heck of a list, his problem was gettin that damn kid to get his mom's credit card to buy fucking baseball cards, wtf? Maybe the baseball card story was a front for beans, but thats the story I heard, and by gosh he did have a living room full of beer cup plants, breeding any and all.

had no idea he was out, lol that's wild. He had some connections, orgnkd, others, if I had only kept of third of his stuff I gifted out, etc. For a minute, folks belittled him for his way of doin it, and it wasn't how I'd do it, but he made the damn seeds, lol. And these later yrs, or at least I seen many requesting or having grown his stuff out, and had nothing but good to say. Thanks for the info bro, flashback to the past. Wow. Whoa. lol

Yeah he was growing a ton of small plants on what he called "kush Island" that he was going to hit with sour larry and chem sd. But some1 turned on him and he had to cut it lose. Said he has another place to grow tho.

Granola Funk is pretty incredible, at least the stuff that gets sold in the Illinois shops. I've always been a fan of Bodhi and Granola Funk tends to be pretty potent. I honestly think the Lavender in it provides enough anti-anxiety elements that people don't realize its potency. But Granola Funk reminds me of really high quality bud that you could find in the Phish parking lots back in the day.

Are you a med patient in Il? I left back in 2015 so out of touch but heard it was damn hard to get medi card in Il. Just wondering what shops they got now.

It's hard to quantify quality of a breeder overall. Though some have shitty reps for good reason. Like cali con, for sure dude puts out shit but also some really nice cuts came out of his work. Same with DNA, I had a kick ass sour kosher with top potency and flavor but bitch always threw nanners around week 6-7 though its pollen was non viable. Tossed her but hated doing it but couldnt use her to breed with so fuck it.

Then with cannaventure, I found 1 really nice lvtk the the next 4 plants all threw balls. The lemon crash was looking on point too up till the balls dropped. Still gonna hunt through the l crash, arcata ghost and skunk for sure though.

Then there is nirvana, Ive found 3-4 really nice phenos out of like 100+ beans but the keepers where just as good as anything else Ive ran.

Its all a gamble but definitely certain breeders improve your odds or vice versa!

Danky dankster sold seeds that were messed up? I just emailed him because when he was area 51 genetics he had absolute fire. His radioactive kush was insanely potent. Sad to hear if he is shady now and I'll skip making an order.

Not disagreeing but I don't think I've ever heard bodhis lacks bag appeal or potency. What did you grow that was lacking like if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah and I dont know why would they have such good reccomendations and hype among growers if they lacked that?

I've had potent bodhi stuff. Loved everything so far from Delicious Seeds, CSI, Bodhi, Heisen, Devil's Harvest, Hazeman. I think that may be all I've grown. Some were better than others, but pretty sure that was my fault most of the time, not the genetics. I have a Black Lime Bubba from Katsu that is a stinker. Just flipped her. Oh I grew a strawberry banana from DNA that is pretty good (from when it first came out).
