What's Wrong with my plants?

Hey everyone! New grower here. I've been looking at everyone's grow journals and their plants just look so healthy compared to mine lol. Here's a pic of my current grow. I currently have a 600w LED set at manufacturer's recommended height for flowering. So in the middle is Candy Cane and the others are Amnesia Haze. Guessing the middle plant maybe has nitrogen deficiency? I'm not running any nutrients this time around just RO water. Wanted to see how much of a difference it made from last time. Growing medium is pro mix.

Forgot to mention they are auto flowers around day 45

What are the little white specks on the leafs, looks like it may be spider mites, also what nutes, grow medium, water pH, a little background information would be helpful in order to try to help you. Check out this link it's full of just about any problems you may run into. Hope it helps.

Wow quick responses thanks everyone
PRO-MIX HP MYCORRHIZAE. My first grow I used sensi grow and sensi bloom in the same growing medium as I am now and plants suffered a bit of burn so this time around I wanted to see what would happen if I just gave them RO water which is sitting at around 6.3-6.5 ph. Even my first grow seemed not as vibrant as others.

I'm working on my first grow, but what I have found is that if I mix ferts as to the directions it's to hot, I cut down to half of what they say is needed. Just my observation.

One thing I noticed when mixing the sensi nutes is that it dropped my ph to 5.6 which is to low for soil is it not?

I believe so, I only use rain water. In the area I live our rain is 5.6 after I mix ferts I adjust to 6.0 to 6.3 seems to work fine.

They definitely need to be fed. I'm not too familiar with Promix but my understanding is you need to feed it pretty early on, and frequently. I'd start feeding them next watering at half strength. The only grow medium where you can use water only the whole way through is living soil. Even with super soils you need to top dress on occasion. But I think there's more going on then that. Those started flowering when they were awfully small. What actual light is that? How old are the plants?

Might wanna get a ph kit. Ph dropping when you add Nutes is normal, that’s why you add “ ph up “ to counteract the drop. Also, since you are using RO water, Calmag is an absolute must!!! I understand you wanting to try to grow without Nutes, but promix hp M has absolutely nothing nutrient related in it, so your ladies are really hungry. If you wanna get away from Nutes, try growing with amendments. All you do is amend the soil during veg, and top dress during flower, that’s it. No more measuring and bottles all over the place.

The plants are 45 days old from breaking ground and they are autoflowers. I will post the pic of my light spec from manufacturer. I had purchased a tent kit which I'm regretting way over priced versus shopping online. I think they seen me coming lol.

At this stage of the game what should I do now? I have sensi bloom left. Should I start feeding them half strength?
Yes, definitely feed them, starting at a half dose for now. Mix your nutrients into water, then pH the mixture to 5.5-6.5, ideally, 6.0. Promix HP is a soil-less medium, and should be treated more like a hydro grow when it comes to pH.

Sorry, somehow missed that you already said their age. I blame the marijuana!

That light isn't actually as awful as I had expected haha. But you do still need more light for that area. What is that, a 4x4 tent? You should aim for a minimum of 35 watts per sq foot and your at half that. Ignore the "600w equivalent" baloney they list and go by the "actual power" listing. They are definitely fiending for some nutrients and more light.

Spek9 already said everything else I was going to say so beyond that, good luck with the rest of your grow!

That is not nearly enough light. You need AT LEAST double.
