20 plants under 600w HPS?

I have a number of plants at different stages in different size bots ranging from 500ml cups to 15 litre pots.
7 in 500ml cups will transplant on next feed
6 in 7.5 litre pots
7 in 15-20 litre pots

The height of the light is around 1.7m high as the ceiling is around 1.9m high

I was just wondering can I veg those plants under a 600w HPs until I’m ready to flower them or do I need to add another light for maximum yield.

Sorry I probably didn’t explain properly. The reason they are in different pot sizes is because the ones in big pots are being re vegged, then 6 are clones and are seeds so in the end they will all be in the same size pots.

I’m talking about just vegging them under the 600w light and flowering them in 2 separate rooms under 3 HPS and the other room 1 spiderfarm 2000 and a 600 HPS

my spaces for veg are
2m x 2m x 2m
3.5 x 3.5 x 1.9height

Oh... yeah.. might be a squeeze... but it's just veg
