Black jack sweet seeds flower stretch ??

Hey guys i am growing black jack from sweet seeds 50/50 indica and sativa . I have a 7-8inch tall topped(7 days ago) black jack growing in a 3g fabric pot with 70/30 coco perlite with run of ph-6.4 and feed in ph-6.0 with ppm of 550 with 4hours of morninf sunlight and then under 90w led of 3000-3500k with a lux reading at canopy 42000 and bottom at around 20k ..
The maximum height i can grow leaving 6-8inches from light is 2feet
Now i know the thum rule is twice the height for 50/50 genetic indica and sativa but i guess that applies to non topped plants..so whats the growth rate of a topped strain like this ?
Should i veg till 12 inches so that by flowerinf is 24inches or since its topped and i veg till 15inches before flipping it to flower ending it at 24inches ??

Just tie it down or put a screen over it (like chicken wire). It'll dramatically reduce the stretch in flower. Sounds like your space is incredibly restricted though, 2 ft is not a lot of room.

Thanks well i have been doing lst by bending the side branches evryday little by bittle with gentle pressure each day but my question is does the topped cannabis plant double in height like the non topped plant ? Or the stretch reduces from double to half

Generally a bit less, especially if training was done prior to flipping to flower.
