Is this cannabis plant?

None of the paper towel, water germination works for me so i tried soil method but the soil is growing the plants where I didn’t even put seeds in .

My soil is acting weird , these plant looks different then other , this could be my weed , the type i planted is afghan kush and lemon haze .

Thats just grass. No visible cannabis seedlings yet. Maybe give it a couple more days if you just tossed some dry seeds in the soil.
There is definitely better ways to get better germination rates like using paper towels to start your seeds in before planting into soil.

Local guy, his seeds doesn’t germinate in paper towel and water too but his seeds germinate in soil always . Mine aint working

You shouldn't have weeds growing in your bought soil..... try this, soak your seeds in water for 18 hours, start poking them down in the water till they sink to the bottom.. take them out and pour them onto a paper towel, and paper plate.. drain all the excess.. place in a dark warm space with the upper layer of paper towel covering them.. but just moist, not dripping wet. No zip lock bags or anything. If the upper layer dries out a bit, mist them till moist again.You should see a tap root appear within 48 hours... plant at 1/4 inch deep, and pour just a little water on there to keep the moisture up... they should pop the soil in 18-24 hours.

I have tried this with ziplock bag , and i also have it photographed after people here recommended me here to use paper towel and ziplock method.

Will try the plate method cant get paper plate coz of lockdown tho so will use simple house plate.

How many paper towel u use two below two above or just 1 above and 1 below? both damp

Any plate is fine.. take 4 length paper towels, 2 for lower, 2 for upper... just keep it moist, not dripping wet or soaked. They need just a bit of air, so dont use the zip lock bags.
