Male---hermie?

I know most people just pluck males out right away, however i just thought of something maybe its stupid but worth asking about..

Females can go hermie because the plant wants to keep it species alive

why cant males go hermie in the same fashion?

Im growing one plant so this would be useful for me if it would work...

do you guys think that a male plant could turn hermie? has anyone kept a male alone long enough to figure out?

funny you say that..i'm working on that right now..a while ago i was told mine was male because it developed this ball thing...and now the ball has fallen off and i can't tell from the pre-flowers at this point...i have another seedling going and i was gonna shit can this one....but i'm starting to wonder if i should now

Umm i thought about that yesterday

but i think its impossible males producing female flowers humm i dont think so thats why females turn males i guess we go into religon and adam and eve and blah blah males are the higher power so i guess the convert into them i dont think a male would go female

Yes male plants can hermie, they just dont get talked about cuz not many people keep males long enough to hermie. It is def not worth trying to make a male hermie just throw it away and start over, if u got one to hermie they wouldn't produce enough bud and what they did produce would be full of male seeds.
