Medium? Lights? Temperature? Humidity? Nutrients? Water pH? Light cycle? Seed strain? Photo or auto?

In other words, we need details to properly assess the situation.

Are you feeding according to the recommendations on the bottles of GH? How often do you feed nutrients? There's definitely nutrient burn happening. Whether there are other issues, that's hard to tell at this point.

I'd water with just plain pH'd water for three to five days, then start feeding a half-dose of feed every second or third watering. Adjust as necessary, but only a little at a time.

Do only a single change at a time. First, the pH'd water. Next start feeding. If you still have problems after 10 days or so, come back here.

I feed them twice a day on a drip irrigation
Thanks so much, I really do appreciate it. I'll try everything and update in about 10 days

really in coco? that's gonna cause problems IMO....

i would flush the pots with 3-400 ppm until the runoff comes down near there, and then feed with 1/2 strength of what you've been using.

It’s the blistering I remember seeing before , those little fucks are hard to see . I would pull it from grow , so they don’t infect other plants . Neem is one way to treat however that plant looks Hella stressed and IMO should be trashed. Clean shit out of grow area.
