Could I use these for growing?

A local guy here has 5 of these for $40 each. Looks like a rugged light. I was thinking of buying them and using them for grow lights. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Don't think those will work for the money. Go back to amazon and search for HLG.

That 6000K might work well for veg, but you want something in the 2700-3100K range for flower. Might be worth a try if you've got another application for the lamp if it doesn't work for growing. Otherwise, I'd pass.

His are the Warm White ones. Color temperature :2800-3500K
