Led job site light?

I have 2 plants that outgrew my 4x4 tent and it’s 45 degrees outside. I put them outdoors on nice days which now is 55/60 degrees. Will one of these produce buds? I figure it’s better than putting it by a window. I have one laying around so I figured I ask. It’s very bright. Just white LEDS.

I doubt it. It's only 60W

Plus it's in the Veg spectrum. It will keep your plants alive but don't expect them to do anything.
