So my brother harvested it 2 weeks ago, whats left is drying/yellowing and there's so few leafs left. Also some signs of infection where he cut but it seems dry anyways. Will it reveg? Is it woth giving it 24 hours of light?
Nobody really can say for 100% sure, but in my opinion, it is not worth saving if you could replace it with a fresh seed or cut.

Go 18 and 6 light cycle and she will reveg.

Leave the plant as it is. 18 and 6 light schedule start veg nutes she will reveg.
I never had a plant with only those superficial stem branches by the soil and one or two small bud sites reveg. And it didn't cost me anything to try because I grew some others, but I would say op should at least start some freshies alongside this in the event this one is cooked. The vegging won't go very quickly regardless...

You can try. If you want to reveg a plant you should leave more than what was left on that plant for best success.

I revegged a plant looked just like this one. It does take a couple of weeks to start revegging. Look you can take my advice or not that's completely up to you. It will work and grow out to be a beautiful plant. I plan on revegging at least two of my plants that i now have in flower. Good luck you wont be disappointed.
