Trimming before or after drying?

I prefer to spend as little time as possible dealing with harvesting. Chop, trim, leave to dry then put it in jars. I don't want to be handling it multiple times trimming this off on one day and that of on another day. I don't bother with burping jars either. I jar it when it's dry and can't mold. The key is drying it slowly before jaring. My weed smokes and tastes great.
