Is treetop growing a good idea?

I have been thinking for a while of starting a grow up in a tree, to bring up some 15 liter pots than germinate some seeds indoor and put them in the pots up in the tree with some netting above to protect them from direct sunlight
Do you think it might work or is just a waste of money ?

How would this work? It must be one flat crowned tree? Wind would be an issue, not to mention the assache of watering lol.

The one good thing that could come out of this is you will have arms and legs as thick and solid as tree trunks buy the time the plants are done.

Waste of money. This is what the ground is for

Also, why filter the sunlight from the plants? The reason we grow outdoors is for the sunlight.

I can t do it on the ground because it would be discovered imediatley and in romania that means big jail time
I was thinking to filter the sunlight for the first 2 or 3 weeks because the seedlings are too sensible for the july sun (i was planning all of this for july)

They don't have helicopters in Romania? I would think a big weed plant growing out of the top of a tree would stand out like a sore thumb.

They have a few helicopters which they use only in case of emergency, the only way to get caught is if your plants get seen

Why not just put up a little greenhouse? Put tomato plants around the edges and the cannabis in the centre? The tomatoes will hide the cannabis as well as masking the cannabis plant odor in flower, and the little greenhouse will prevent people walking right into your grow.

That's actually a pretty sane idea. Nobody would think anything about it as soon as the build started resembling one.

However, you'd probably have to have children running around to make it feasible if it's visible outside of your yard. But then you run into the issue "Daddy, why can't I play in the treehouse" or "Daddy, I ate the plant that I found up there".

I used to grow indoor and outdoor in a place i own but people caught up with what i was doing so my property is no longer an option
A greenhouse would be nice, but i can t set one up on public land because that would be busted in like 2 days, there is no place around me that people dont walk (even the hills and forest)

The plants would be too high up the tree to be smelled, and anyway if you would feel the smell, would you think that there is weed above you up in the tree?i don t think so

A tree in a tree don't forget ya cal mag are you thinking coco or soil what will temps and humidity be. Will you have good air circulation. Plenty of branches for clip on fans. Defo about a pound

I would build a cool treehouse up there too, and add a pulley system to help bring up water

Always thought about treetop growing, never did it!
