Yes you can; probably a good idea to rinse off the roots of you can. If there is severe pytherin damage gently trim off the bad roots. Adding granular mycorrhizae in contact with the roots at transplant to soil can do wonders. It will take a couple weeks to recover and begin feeding naturally.
This kind of shit is what led me away from this style of growing too but if you like fast hydroponic yields without the root rot issues look into aeroponics. Stink bud type systems are much better than DWC imo; go check out Stinkbuds harvest a pound every 3 weeks thread in the hydro section...

These days I prefer the flavor and simplicity of growing in mostly water only soil; one super long power outage was all it took for me to switch back to where I started...growing in dirt.

Lol i hear ya man im so unfimiliar with dwc everyturn leads to something else going wrong i like easy and boring lol im gonna try to see if i can get some of that stuff your talking about for sure but with all this covid shit going on is it a must for that stuff because i would like to do this asap before it take starts really getting ugly does it matter that i mainlined it at all??

I would try to rinse in the sink with just water but sure a hand sprayer will work. Probably don’t need the h2o2 but if it makes you feel better go for it

I have switched from DWC to Mix midflower and the plant went into shock for a month. No Growth, the O2 Levels in DWC are so much.... The plant freaks out.

Mycorrhizae? Essential for soil grows imo. Can get it from amazon look for mykos extreme or great white but if you don’t have it in hand just transplant it as is.
Mainline is like topping them right? Not familiar with the topic but I call it topping and training them. Yes the sooner the better so it will make a difference in how many tops they end up with.

Yes you can. I did DWC for awhile and even though the results were great I got tired of the hassle. Dealt with root issues, cords, air pumps, etc... Now it's coco and blumats or soil for me. Things are so much simpler. As for root rot, I used 35% h2o2 but what I found worked the best for me was just plain old household bleach. Clorox. It's what many of the commercial hydroponic growers use in their systems to grow tomatoes and all sorts of other crops. It won't hurt your weed but it can help keep the roots clean and white.

I still have about 10 net pots and buckets from when I was running DWC along with some flood and drain. I doubt I'll ever use them again.

If I can suggest,
Forget the soil. Grab some perlite and turn your setup into hempy buckets. You already have most of what you need and soil won't get you the results hydro does.

I thought you were going to soil and giving up on the DWC. But you want to get about 4 ppm per gallon. It doesn't take much. 6 - 8 drops per gallon. You have to add it every couple of days as the chlorine will dissipate/ off gas.

Or coco. I did some perlite grows. They turned out well. I just despise perlite and don't want anything to do with it. :bigjoint:

Im am but as of right
Yeah ...this...make sure you got good drainage and aeration in the mix you use. Add a bunch of extra perlite in the soil if you can
Thank god roots organic comes with tons of perlite already
