Need harvesting advice!

So I’m finishing my second grow and this time it’s Super Silver Haze. Last week I saw some amber trichomes and I decided to do a 48 hour period of darkness starting Friday morning. Right now is time to chop, but I’m still seeing white pistils some places and the amber trichomes didn’t increase too much. Am I sol and have to chop now or can I turn the lights on and go another week? I also did ice shock on the stem which seems to have beefed up the buds significantly, been flushing too...what to do?!
