Best advice I can give you is to not pay attention to 99% of the shit you read on forums, this one in particular. Do some research on the process involved when reversing and experiment for yourself, every strain and individual plant will react differently so there's no one size fits all method

After seein your post i realised it was bullshit an yas were taking the piss outta some one.
Only rolled in here end of last year so no doubt i missed all the crap that went on back then but have dug my way threw allot of the threads an this thread of the as you put it good old days..

It’s bullshit. They’re referring to me doing it a year or two ago on top of coco and clogged up two from 5 pots. I must have put too much on those two and it goes all gluggy as you water it in. The positive was that I didn’t have gnats anymore lol.
 
And tbh I still do it and works well but I literally dust it over with an icing sugar sieve rather than throwing handfuls like id done that time.

You live and u learn that’s the way life works. Couldn’t get any solid answers here or online so I just bit the bullet and did it. And now I know.
