Once a day should keep the plant healthy. Are you saturating the medium and getting good drainage and runoff?

that plant looks really fucked up man it looks like it's been under watered really badly or something you need to prop them stalks up where they are bent i would probably use a stake and try and tie the top bit up so it doesn't flop over like that and give them a good watering man the browning on the leaves doesn't look too healthy either

Hate to say it, but if the plants were actually fed vinegar, I think they're toast. I'm only a 5 yr grower so don't take my word for it. Hopefully others will comment.
